The ACROSTATION o02 B is the first evolution of the A one. It is characterized by the same features of the A version, adding a voltage regulator module in the power section. If the station is connected to a local electrical network and to a 220-24V transformer, this module allows to transform the input voltage (24V) in the one required to give power to the commercial devices (12V).

The low voltage electrical power (12-24 V) is exclusively used for the maintenance of the charge of the buffer battery through the power module. The flexibility of the solution allows to accept in input continuous current power supply (12 to 35V). In this way, the same can be used in all outdoor configurations powered by the solar panel, or directly connected to the urban power newtork after processing and linearization .

The aim is to keep operating all the functionalities of the station even during short periods of power failure. Both the ACROBOARD Station that the external sensors, in fact, are fed directly by the battery which, in turn, is dimensioned according to the specific project.

The receiving/transmitting of data is made, either directly, through the GPRS module supplied.

The ACROSTATION o02 B uses a RS Lead Acid 12V 12Ah battery that normally ensures a prolonged operation in case of power failure (in the case of electricity supply from the local network) or low irradiation conditions.
