The measuring instrument named ACROSENSOR O3T o02 is dedicated to the outdoor measurement, using two transducers (electrochemical and thermometric),  of the concentration of ozone and air temperature. It may be applied to measurements of air quality in the field of environmental monitoring.

It represents an evolution of the ACROSENSOR O3T o01 as it incorporates two sensors based on metal oxides semiconductors dedicated to the measurement of the concentration of NO2. With this integration, it is possible to limit the problem of cross-sensitivity interesting the electrochemical sensor and regarding Ozone towards the Nitrogen Dioxide. The concentration values ​​of NO2 are not considered as outputs of the sensor.

The instrument provides: the measurement of ozone concentration at a resolution of 450 +/- 150 nA / ppm and a broad measuring range (0-1 ppm). The measurement of temperature is carried out, instead, with selectable resolution from 0.5 ° C to 0.0625 ° C and a broad measurement range (-55 - 125 ° C).

The ACROSENSOR O3T o02, in standard mode, sends two signals on two serial cables, with connection RS 485 to the ACRONET stations which can be easily connected (all with configurable serial ports).

Thanks to its compactness, it can be easily installed on civil structures (poles, pylons) directly with standard fasteners, or by the aid of appropriate support structures (pylons, radii, etc..).
